Warehouse Building – Concrete foundations and floor slabs, timber structural framing incorporating laminated timber beams, Colorsteel cladding and roofing laid over membrane and wire mesh supported by timber purlins. Translucent roof panels at regular intervals, high bay lighting. Office finishes include carpet and vinyl floor coverings, plasterboard linings and ceilings, surface mounted lighting, aluminium joiner, high wall A/C units. Amenities to both floors. Timber deck. Concrete sealed apron with timber bollards.
