SH16 are developers of environmentally sensitive rural residential lots in Rodney District.
Our subdivisions feature large areas of protected native bush and riparian areas supplemented by extensive locally sourced native plantings. Individual lots are a combination of grass or bush or a mix of both. The vacant lots feature engineered formed house sites, driveways, road crossings, power and Telecom connections and fencing.
The subdivisions are situated in the attractive rural villages of Kaukapakapa (30 minutes’ drive north-west of Albany) and Tahekeroa (a further 10 minutes’ drive north-east).
The majority of the Kaukapakapa lots have access off sealed roads. The Tahekeroa lots are accessed via rural metal roads.
