We still have several weeks of finishing works ahead of us, but most of the main milestones are ticked off: earthworks, infrastructure and roads!
A massive shout out to all the contractors involved who’ve endured a few very wet months that made working conditions tiresome and hampered progress. Despite this, we have managed to get to where we are today and produce what is a premier product for Gisborne.
As we complete physical works our next step is to work through the subdivision sign-off process with Council. Following approval, we’ll be in a position to lodge for title with LINZ. We expect title to be achieved in 3 – 4 months’ time. For those of you who have been lucky enough to secure a section, we suggest now would be a good time to ensure your finances are in order to ensure a smooth settlement process.
We will have monthly updates to keep everyone up to date on progress. Next month we will provide detail around the sign-off process for house plans for those of you who are looking to lodge for building consent as soon as settlement has occurred.
